- Terms Of Service -

1) RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
All rights not expressly granted are retained by the Artist, including any electronic rights or usage, and including, but not limited to, all rights in sketches, lines, and rendered paintings.2) REVISIONS: (when applicable)
Revisions may be free for the first few cycles, however, If revisions are proving excessive there is an additional $20 fee.3) CANCELLATION AND KILL FEES: (IMPORTANT)
Cancellation fees are due based on the amount of work completed. Fifty percent (50%) of the INITIAL fee is due that for any reason the job is canceled or postponed before the final stage. One hundred percent (100%) of the TOTAL fee is due despite canceling, if the art has been completed. Upon cancellation all rights to the artwork revert to the Artist.4) CREDITING: (if applicable)
Artist is entitled to being accredited for their work on and off site. This includes adding signatures, social media tags etc.5) PAYMENT: (flexible)
Half up front, half at completion. Refunds are negotiable, see 3) Cancellation and Kill fees.8) PERMISSIONS AND RELEASES:
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Artist harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees., due to materials included in the work at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested.EX. 9) PRIVACY REQUESTS
Clients who wish to keep anonymous or in most cases a private commission only accessible to them will be issued a flat surcharge. These fees are $20 for sketches, and $25 for everything else.Warranty/Indemnification:
The work does not infringe to the best of the artist’s knowledge and belief.
